About the conference
The International scientific conference "Challenges, Trends and Inspirations within the Labour Market" builds on previous successful conferences from previous years. It is a series of traditionally organized events at the Faculty of Social and Economic Relations in the fields of human resources management, personnel management and labour market. The conference is held in the area of the spa town of Trenčianske Teplice with the patronage of the Rector of Alexander Dubček University of Trenčín – assoc. prof. Ing. Jozef Habánik, PhD. The conference scope is focused on current labour market issues and human resources management, job search, labour migration, sociology, political science, legal disciplines, economic policy, international economic relations, international economics, regional development, demography, and the issue of new technologies implementation in all areas of economic and social life.
The plenary session will be held by the keynote speakers – respected and widely known professionals; followed by particular meetings that will continue in special sessions where new knowledge and practical experience can be exchanged.
The goal of the conference is to outline the principal questions set for independent basic research conducted at universities in terms of projects, as well as the exchange and acquisition of new knowledge, the establishment of new contacts and the creation of new social networks for cooperation at national and international level. The conference is intended for university teachers, researchers, PhD students and practitioners.
Participants can sign up for the conference by using the on-line form. The conference fee is 180 € and includes 2 coffee breaks, lunch, dinner, social event and electronic proceedings. Accommodation is to be arranged by participants on their own. The recommended accommodation can be arranged by participants at the Krym Hotel , being the conference venue. The papers for submission are accepted in Slovak, Czech and English languages. The conference languages are Slovak, Czech, English.

The Conference Proceedings will be sent for evaluation to the Web of Science® Conference Proceedings Citation Index being as an integrated index within the Web of Science ™ Core Collection. All submitted papers will be checked under double-blind review process. The Conference Proceedings will be published in electronic form.
Paper Submission Instructions
Conference paper submissions can be written in English, Slovak or Czech. The preferred language is English. Regarding citation database requirements, all submissions must have an English title, abstract, and keywords. The recommended paper scope is 6 to 10 pages. Please use the template being available in both English and Slovak versions. Conference papers not corresponding to template requirements will not be included in the proceedings publication.
Within the authorship, a maximum of two papers can be published per author or co-author.
